- Peel the apples and cut them into rough quarters. Place the apple pieces in the blender jug along with the chestnuts and kefir and blend to a thick purée for 2 minutes/speed setting 8. Work up to setting 8 by going through 5–6–7 first. Sweeten with honey to taste and mix once more. Divide the mixture between two bowls.
- To make the topping, wash the apple, remove the core and slice it into thin wedges. Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Arrange the apple wedges in a fan shape in the middle of the smoothie. Sprinkle over the blueberries. Scatter the granola around the edge. Dust with a little cinnamon and serve immediately.
