- Wash and quarter the apples, and remove their cores. Put them into the blender jug, and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop for 4 seconds/speed setting 7. Use the spatula to scrape down the inside of the blender jug.
- Add the lemon juice, oat flakes, yoghurt, honey and milk, and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix for 20 seconds/speed setting 3.
- Decant into a container with lid and allow to infuse in the refrigerator for 8 hours overnight.
Enhance your muesli with fresh fruit, berries, or dried fruit or nuts of your choice. Toasted nuts also go very well with muesli. Dry-fry them in the morning and sprinkle over the cereal.
