- Wash, trim and pat the broccoli dry and divide into florets. Put 300 g broccoli florets into the blender jug.
- Wash, trim and quarter the pepper.
- Add the pepper, pine nuts and remaining ingredients to the broccoli in the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop for 8 seconds/speed setting 5.
- If necessary, repeat the procedure, with the measuring beaker in place, for 5 seconds/speed setting 5.
You can also use 150 g each of broccoli and cauliflower florets and replace the pine nuts with sunflower seeds, walnuts or cashew nuts.
