  • 150 g broccoli florets
  • 150 g cauliflower florets
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Clean and wash the broccoli and cauliflower florets. Clean the bell pepper, cut into quarters, then rinse inside and out. Wash and clean the spring onions. Add the vegetables, spring onions, walnuts and remaining ingredients to the blender jug and process for 10 seconds/speed setting 5 until finely chopped.
