- Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Freeze them for at least 8 hours, ideally on a tray lined with greaseproof paper, so that the pieces do not stick together.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, cut half of the flesh into pieces and put it into the blender jug. You can use the rest of the avocado for something else.
- Add the frozen banana, cocoa powder and agave syrup, and, with the measuring beaker in place, blend for 30 seconds/speed setting 8. Use the spatula to push the mixture down the inside of the blender jug, then, with the measuring beaker in place, blend for 15 seconds/speed setting 8.
- Serve the nice-cream immediately.
As an alternative, simply replace one banana (150 g) with the same quantity of another fruit, e.g. frozen raspberries or strawberries.
