- Pour 1.7 litres of water into the blender jug, add the salt and with the measuring beaker in place, bring to the boil for 10 minutes/speed setting 1/100 °C.
- Add the pasta via the filler opening and with the measuring beaker in place, cook the pasta with the reverse button/time according to the packet instructions/speed setting 1/100 °C.
- Drain pasta in a sieve and serve mixed with butter if desired.
Spaghetti can also be cooked according to this method. Simply add to the boiling water via the lid opening.
