Cream cheese and radish spread
- Clean and wash the radishes. Snip off the cress, rinse it briefly with running water, pat it dry and set aside ½ tablespoon for garnish. Put the rest of the cress in the blender jug with the radishes and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop finely with the turbo button/3 seconds. Use the spatula to scrape the pieces down the inside of the blender jug and then repeat the process if required.
- Add the cream cheese, season with ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and, with the measuring beaker in place, process everything for 20 seconds/speed setting 4.
- Serve the spread garnished with the rest of the cress.
The spread goes well with crispy bread, or as dip served with crudités.
