Creamy almond and coconut matcha shake

  • 300 ml cold, unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 sachet of Bourbon vanilla sugar (8 g)
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 150 g ice cubes

  1. Put the almond milk, coconut milk, Bourbon vanilla sugar, coconut blossom sugar and matcha powder into the blender jug. Insert the mixer attachment and, with the measuring beaker in place, process everything for 15 seconds/speed setting 4, then heat for 3 minutes/speed setting 2/45 °C.
  2. Remove the mixer attachment and leave the mixture to cool for 10 minutes. Add the ice cubes and process everything for 20 seconds/speed setting 8.
  3. Decant the shake into glasses, spooning some foam onto the top of each, and serve the shake immediately with a straw.
