- Put the milk at room temperature, eggs, milk, cornflour and 2 pinches of salt in the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix for 45 seconds/speed setting 5.
- Heat some oil or butter in a non-stick frying pan and cook the crêpes one after the other. You should have enough batter for about 20.
- Roll the crêpes up or fold them twice to make triangles, and keep warm. Do the same with the remaining crêpes.
You can enjoy these crêpes savoury or sweet. Good savoury fillings include ham, cheese, fried mushrooms, fresh herb cheese and herb quark. Alternatively, you could make sweet versions with fresh fruits, ice cream, chocolate spread or jam.
