Crêpes with bacon

  • 250 ml milk (fresh whole milk, 3.5% fat)
  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g plain flour (type 405)
  • 200 g streaky bacon

  1. Put the milk, eggs, salt and flour into the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, stir for 20 seconds/speed setting 4. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes. Cut the bacon into fine strips. Put an eighth of the bacon strips into a frying pan and fry until brown and crispy. Then pour an eighth of the crêpe batter on top and fry the crêpe on both sides. Continue in the same way to make the other crêpes.
