Dalgona frothy coffee
- Pour 80 ml of hot water into the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, boil for 3 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 1.
- Insert the mixer attachment, add the instant coffee and sugar, and, with the measuring beaker in place, stir for 4 minutes/speed setting 4 until frothy.
- Divide the cold milk between four glasses and fill with the frothy coffee. If desired, serve with ice cubes, chocolate vermicelli and cinnamon powder.
This frothy coffee also tastes good with warm or frothed milk.
