Fennel and turkey purée

- Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash the fennel and remove the hard stalk. Cut both into rough chunks. Wash the turkey thoroughly, remove any fat or tendons and cut into chunks.
- Put 500 ml water in the blender jug. Put the chunks of potato, fennel and turkey into the cooking pot, insert the cooking pot and, with the measuring beaker in place, cook with the steamer button/15 minutes. Empty the blender jug, retaining the liquid.
- Put the meat, potatoes and fennel in the blender jug with 40 ml of the cooking water and the fruit juice, and, with the measuring beaker in place, blend for 30 seconds/speed settings 4–7, increasing the speed gradually. Use the spatula to scrape the mixture down the inside of the blender jug and repeat the process until you have a smooth, creamy consistency. Add the oil and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix for 2 minutes/speed setting 3/80 °C.

You could use parsnips instead of potatoes here.
