- Place the flour, salt, dried yeast, 175 ml warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the blender jug, then knead using the knead button. Grease the pizza tin with 1 tablespoon of oil, then press the pizza dough into place to cover the base to a thickness of 2 cm. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the olives in half and remove the stones. Using your fingers, make little depressions in the dough to accommodate the olives.
- Season the pizza with a little salt, drizzle the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the surface, then bake the focaccia in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
