Frozen yogurt with white chocolate

  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 175 g white chocolate
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 500 g blueberries (frozen)

  • 200 g fresh blueberries, to decorate

  1. Place the yogurt in the freezer for 1 hour. Break the white chocolate into pieces and process in the blender jug for 10 seconds/speed setting 5. Add half the mascarpone and melt for 3 minutes/80 °C/speed setting 2. Add the remaining mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla sugar and blueberries, then process for 30 seconds/speed setting 8.
  2. If the mixture has become too soft, place in the freezer for 1 hour or in an ice-maker for 30 minutes if you have one, giving the mixture a good stir during this period to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  3. When ready to serve, grate the white chocolate, then wash and dry the fresh blueberries. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into individual dessert bowls. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with a few blueberries.
