Frozen yogurt with white chocolate

- Place the yogurt in the freezer for 1 hour. Break the white chocolate into pieces and process in the blender jug for 10 seconds/speed setting 5. Add half the mascarpone and melt for 3 minutes/80 °C/speed setting 2. Add the remaining mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla sugar and blueberries, then process for 30 seconds/speed setting 8.
- If the mixture has become too soft, place in the freezer for 1 hour or in an ice-maker for 30 minutes if you have one, giving the mixture a good stir during this period to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- When ready to serve, grate the white chocolate, then wash and dry the fresh blueberries. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into individual dessert bowls. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with a few blueberries.
