Gazpacho quark

  • 150 g cucumber
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 250 g quark
  • 3–4 tbsp milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder
  • 1 spring onion

Preparation time
15 min.
  1. Peel and deseed the cucumber, then process in the blender jug for 6 seconds/speed setting 6. Transfer to a sieve and allow to drain. Clean the bell pepper, cut in half, deseed, rinse inside and out, then wipe dry. Peel the garlic clove, add to the blender jug along with the bell pepper and process for 6 seconds/speed setting 6. Push the bell pepper and garlic mixture down off the sides of the container using the spatula.
  2. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice into small chunks before adding to the blender jug. Add the quark, milk and chopped cucumber, then blend for 10 seconds/speed setting 4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Wash and clean the spring onion, then slice into thin rings. Sprinkle over the quark and serve.
