Glitter liqueur for children
- Pour 650 ml hot water into the blender jug. Add the raspberry syrup, sweets and sugar pearls and, with the measuring beaker in place, heat for 9 minutes/speed setting 3/80 °C.
- Then, with the measuring beaker in place, chop for 40 seconds/speed settings 4–8, increasing the speed gradually. Pour the drink into a sterilised, sealable bottle.
If the syrup is too sweet, dilute with plenty of water before consuming. Woodruff or another fruit syrup can be used instead of raspberry syrup. The glitter effect works best if the basic syrup is not too dark.
