Green smoothie with apricots

  • 150 g romaine lettuce
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 50 g baby spinach leaves
  • 8 apricots
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 orange
  • handful of ice cubes
  • honey to taste

  1. Wash and clean the romaine lettuce, parsley and baby spinach leaves, then shake dry. Remove the stones from the apricots, then cut into quarters. Purée all the ingredients, except for the ice cubes, with 100 ml water for 2 minutes/speed setting 8, gradually increasing the speed incrementally from 5 to 6 to 7. Add the ice cubes, then blend for 20 seconds/speed setting 6 until the consistency is nice and smooth. Dilute to taste with more water and sweeten with honey, if necessary.
