Hearty carrot, fennel and kohlrabi salad

- To make the dressing, combine the mustard, balsamic vinegar and agave syrup in the blender jug for 1 minute/speed setting 4. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to another container. Clean the blender jug thoroughly.
- Wash, clean and, if necessary, peel and roughly chop the vegetables. Place the carrots, fennel and kohlrabi separately into the blender and process each one for 8 seconds/speed setting 5.
- Mix the raw vegetables together or else arrange them on a platter in such a way that people can help themselves. Serve the dressing separately. This salad tastes delicious with crisp baguette and herb butter.
