Ice tea concentrate
- Hang the tea bags in the blender jug, pour over 1 litre of boiling water, close and steep for 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bags. Add the sugar, citric acid and lemon juice and, with the measuring beaker in place, boil for 10 minutes/speed setting 2/100 °C.
- Pour the tea concentrate while still hot into sterilised bottles, allow to cool and store in a cool place until required.
A refreshing drink for summer: pour the ice tea concentrate into glasses to a depth of about 4 cm and serve as desired with sparkling mineral water and ice cubes. As an optional extra, add a few fresh or frozen berries.
