- Crumble the yeast into the blender jug, pour in 50 ml lukewarm water and mix for 45 seconds/37 °C/speed setting 2. Add the flour to the blender jug. Add the onion lard, salt and 80 ml warm water, then process for 2 minutes/knead button until the mixture forms a smooth dough. Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead briefly again by hand. Cover and leave the dough to rise in a warm place at a constant temperature for one hour.
- Thoroughly knead the dough once more, then, with floured hands, shape the dough into rolls. Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rise for another hour. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
