- Pre-heat the oven to 150 °C (fan), and line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
- Put the egg whites into the blender jug. Insert the mixer attachment and, with the measuring beaker in place, beat the egg white for 4 minutes/speed setting 4. Then decant.
- Put all the remaining ingredients into the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix for 30 seconds/speed setting 3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in the first third of the beaten egg whites using a spatula, then carefully fold in the remainder.
- Put 4 slightly oval-shaped blobs of egg mixture on the baking sheet, spread slightly and bake on the middle shelf for approximately 25 minutes.
