Mango lassi

  • 1 ripe mango (250 g)
  • ½ lemon
  • 350 g yoghurt (3.5% fat)
  • 250 ml cold water or milk, as desired
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey, as desired

  1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Then roughly chop the flesh.
  2. With the measuring beaker in place, mix the chopped mango with the lemon juice and yoghurt in the blender jug for 50 seconds/speed setting 8.
  3. Add the cold water or cold milk and, with the measuring beaker in place, blend for 30 seconds/speed setting 8. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.


Almond milk and soya yoghurt make a nice, creamy vegan mango lassi.
