- Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Then roughly chop the flesh.
- With the measuring beaker in place, mix the chopped mango with the lemon juice and yoghurt in the blender jug for 50 seconds/speed setting 8.
- Add the cold water or cold milk and, with the measuring beaker in place, blend for 30 seconds/speed setting 8. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.
Almond milk and soya yoghurt make a nice, creamy vegan mango lassi.
