- Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C. To make the dough, put the flour, dried yeast, 70 ml cold water, apple vinegar, oil and eggs into the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, knead to a smooth dough with the knead button. Add the grated cheese, herbes de Provence and salt and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix in for 35 seconds/speed setting 4. Turn the dough straight out into a greased loaf tin and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 55 minutes. If the bread looks too pale, extend the baking time.
