- Wash the pork fillet, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel the onion and process in the mixing bowl for 8 seconds/speed setting 6. Scrape the processed onions down with the spatula, add the butter and meat, and brown the meat for 12 minutes/roast button without the measuring cup in place.
- Add the peas, warm vegetable stock, cream and spices, and heat for 10 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 1/reverse setting. Add the pineapple pieces through the filling opening in the lid 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Do not replace the measuring cup. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
