Quark, strawberry and white chocolate layered dessert

MAKES 4 SERVING JARS (300 ML EACH)

FOR THE QUARK CREAM:

  • 300 ml milk (UHT milk, 3.5% fat)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (8 g)
  • 25 g cornflour
  • 200 ml cream (30% fat)
  • 150 g low-fat quark (0.2% fat)

FOR THE STRAWBERRY SAUCE:

  • 300 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (8 g)

PLUS:

  • 50 g white chocolate (from the refrigerator)
