Red berry pudding

- Wash the berries if using fresh fruit, or defrost frozen berries. Place in the blender jug with ½ litre water and the sugar, then heat for 3 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 1/reverse button.
- Dissolve the cornflour in 50 ml water. Process the fruit for 1 minute/speed setting 2/reverse button whilst pouring in the cornflour and water through the filler opening. Heat all the ingredients for 2 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 2/reverse button.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to small bowls, leave to cool and serve chilled.
