Red berry pudding

  • 250 g berries, fresh or frozen (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornflour

Preparation time
10 min.
  1. Wash the berries if using fresh fruit, or defrost frozen berries. Place in the blender jug with ½ litre water and the sugar, then heat for 3 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 1/reverse button.
  2. Dissolve the cornflour in 50 ml water. Process the fruit for 1 minute/speed setting 2/reverse button whilst pouring in the cornflour and water through the filler opening. Heat all the ingredients for 2 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 2/reverse button.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to small bowls, leave to cool and serve chilled.
