- Put the salt with all the other ingredients into the blender jug and chop finely for 30 seconds/speed setting 10. Decant into a screw-top jar and seal securely. If all the ingredients were completely dry, it will keep for several weeks.
- To make a salad dressing out of the powder, simply mix 1 teaspoon of homemade salad seasoning with 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of water.
The citric acid can be omitted. When preparing a dressing, add vinegar instead, according to taste.
