Savoury crêpes with ham and cheese

- Remove the rind from the gouda, cut the cheese into pieces 3 cm long and put into the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop for 10 seconds/speed setting 6. Then decant.
- Put the milk, eggs, flour, cornflour and 2 pinches of salt into the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix for 45 seconds/speed setting 5.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan, heat it up and fry 20 crêpes one after the other. After flipping each crêpe in the pan, spread 1 teaspoon of herb cream cheese and put ½ slice of boiled ham torn into pieces on top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of gouda. Roll up the crêpe or fold it over twice to make triangles, and keep in a warm place. Continue in the same way to make the rest of the crêpes.
