Spicy Artichoke and Chickpea Dip

- Peel the garlic, cut in half and purée in the mixing bowl for 8 seconds/speed setting 8. Add the olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes/roast button. Add the chickpeas and the artichoke bases. Add the sour cream, yoghurt and all the other ingredients and purée for 35 seconds/speed setting 5. Use the spatula to scrape the mixture from the sides and mix for a further 15 seconds/speed setting 4. Season again with salt and a little pepper.
