- Wash and clean the strawberries. Put into the blender jug with the lemon juice, sugar syrup and pineapple juice and, with the measuring beaker in place, blend for 20 seconds/speed setting 8, until smooth and creamy. Now add ice cubes according to taste and, with the measuring beaker in place, process for 30 seconds/speed setting 5, so that the ice gets crushed.
- Serve each glass with a fruit skewer garnished with slices of strawberry and quartered lemon slices.
