Sweet macaroni

  • 1 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 l milk (fresh whole milk, 3.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar (8 g each)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 250 g elbow macaroni (cooking time: 9 minutes)

  1. Put the butter in the blender jug and, with the measuring beaker in place, melt for 2 minutes/speed setting 1/45 °C. Add the milk, vanilla sugar and salt, and with the measuring beaker in place, process for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Add the pasta and, without the measuring beaker in place, cook with the reverse button/20 minutes/speed setting 1/100 °C.



If you wish, you could serve the milk pasta with cinnamon and sugar or fruit compote.

You could easily use skimmed milk (1.5% fat) for this recipe.
