- Sift the flour into the blender jug, then add all the other ingredients and process until smooth using the knead button/2 minutes. Knead the mixture briefly by hand, then shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and leave to chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C. Feed the dough a portion at a time through the cookie attachment of a mincer or the larger ‘gun’ of an icing set, then place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden yellow. Place on a wire rack to cool.
